An Afternoon With Authors Cara Black and David Downing
Join us for an author tea featuring Cara Black and David Downing.
Cara Black is a bestselling American mystery writer, presently residing in San Francisco. She is best known for her Aimée Léduc mystery novels featuring a female Paris-based private investigator. Her first novels and third novels, Murder in the Marais and Murder in the Sentier respectively were nominated for Anthony Awards for best novel. She’ll be talking about the newly published Murder in Pigalle.
David Downing is the author of numerous works of fiction and nonfiction for both adults and children, including four WWII mystery novels featuring American journalist John Russell and the nonfiction work Sealing Their Fate: The Twenty-Two Days That Decided World War II. He’ll be speaking about the latest in his John Russell series, Masaryk Station.
