Do I need to download the wireless printing client every time I print?
No, you only need to download the wireless printing client once.

Which operating systems will the wireless printing client work on?
The wireless printing client will work on Windows XP, Vista, 7 (32 and 64 bit versions), and Mac OS X.

Can I print from my tablet or smartphone?
Unfortunately the current wireless printing service is limited to Windows and Mac Laptops.

Do I need a library card to use the wireless printing service?
Yes, you will need a library card to use the wireless printing service.

Do I use the same library card number and PIN that I use to check out materials?
Yes, you use the same library card number and PIN.

Will I be charged extra for printing from my personal laptop?
No, the cost to print from your laptop is the same as if you were printing from a library computer.

Can I send a print job from home?
Unfortunately you cannot send print jobs from home. You must be connected to the library wireless network to print.

How do I uninstall the wireless print client if I no longer need it?
If you no longer need the Library Wireless printing and would like to completely remove the print module from your laptop:
Windows users: Go to Start --> Programs --> Wireless Library Print System --> Uninstall Wireless Library Print System.
Mac users: to uninstall this app, simply drag the print control to the Trash.
