The Monday stop will include FREE WEEKLY COOKING CLASSES! Our two featured instructors are Gin Nikoloff, owner of the Peninsula’s oldest traditional deli/restaurant, Beli Deli and A Moveable Feast By Nicole, who provides personal chef services focused on health and wellness including private events, food delivery, retreats and culinary instruction. Recipes will vary by week and classes are limited to 25 students. All supplies are included.

The bi-weekly Wednesday stop will have fun XBOX 360
with Kinect movement games such as Dance Central,
Kinect Adventures and more.
The bi-weekly Wednesday stop is also our Nourishment Hub, where teens can create quick and healthy snacks after school. Teens who access the Hub regularly will be given pedometers to measure their activity levels from January-June. Teens must check in and log in their progress during each Hub visit. The most active teen will win a gift card to Amazon.com at the kick-off party for the 2013 Summer Reading Program!
All stops take place in the Belmont Library Taube Room from 3:30pm - 5:00pm and are for ages 12-19.
The Wellness Stop for Teens has been produced by a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services, under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act, administered in California by the State Librarian.
