For the Quest Learning Center to work effectively as a tool for students hoping to improve study habits and successfully complete homework assignments, an open line of communication must be established for all key stakeholders.

Quest staff and tutors strive to work closely with educators to develop a detailed plan for a continuum of care that partners the school district with outside agencies providing educational support for students. Quest provides tutoring and homework assistance for students in the 3rd through 12th grades. In addition, education about research methods and how to utilize library resources is also provided. The tutoring component works both in a group and one on one setting. Our goal is to provide tutoring services that complement the daily instruction students receive at school.

At Quest, we take pride in the training of our tutors and welcome any feedback or suggestions from teachers as to how we can better prepare our tutors to assist students with their assignments. Staff meet bi-weekly with tutors to train them and provide technical assistance for tutor student interaction.
