Taste For Modernism: Docent Lecture

This docent presentation will review selections from the William S. Paley Collection at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, on exhibit at the deYoung Museum, September 15-December 30. Paley was the founder of CBS. His collection includes painting, sculptures and drawings, ranging from the late 19th century through the early 1970s. Particularly strong in French Post-Impressionism and Modernism, the collection includes multiple works by Cezanne, Matisse and Picasso.
