Tutors: To Submit Your Monthly Report

Tutors are required to complete monthly reports and return them to program staff. The report asks for tutoring hours, learner progress for the month, and any special achievements or challenges. Data from monthly reports provides important information for quarterly and annual reports that staff submit to the State Library and to all funders. Our funding depends on accurate and up-to-date information. Monthly reports can be emailed, mailed or phoned to your program coordinator.
