Botticelli to Braque: Masterpieces From National Galleries of Scotland Docent Lecture

Spanning more than 400 years of artistic production, this exhibition at deYoung Museum—March 7 to May 31--includes works by many of the greatest painters from the Renaissance to the early 20th century. Some, including Sandro Boticelli’s Virgin Adoring the Sleeping Christ Child (ca. 1490), have never before been seen in the United States. This docent lecture will review works from the three institutions that form the National Galleries of Scotland.

We are offering a FREE PRACTICE SAT TEST on Saturday, April 11, 11:00 am - 3:00 pm and REVIEW/STRATEGY SESSION on Wednesday, April 22 at 6:30 pm from Kaplan. A fully proctored practice SAT (approximately 4 hours) will show students what to expect in a test-like environment. Students will receive a comprehensive analysis of their performance on the test, detailing individual strengths and weaknesses. Registration is required.

Learning to Live with Mountain Lions

This workshop will talk about how to live safely with our lions and other wildlife.
