A series of programs promoting healthy living; which encompasses nutritious eating.

In partnership with Fresh Approach, we are offering the following programs:
January 5: Myths of Carbohydrates
January 19: Sustainable Nutrition
January 26: Eating the Rainbow
February 2: Sustainable and Safe Seafood
February 16: Creating Healthy Holiday Food

Receive a $5 voucher at each program to spend at the Coastside Farmer's Market. Attend at least three programs and you will also be eligible to win a "Kitchen in a Box" kit.​
