Film Screening: The Hands that Feed UsEvent Type: Film|VideoDate: Friday, 03/01/13 at 6:30 pm Library: East Palo Alto Ages: Adults Description: In Celebration of Cesar Chavez Day, East Palo Alto Library will partner with Collective Roots to do a film screening of "The Hands That Feed Us" and other short film about labor across the food chain. Afterwards, we will have a discussion with some farmers or local residents with experience working in the food system and have them share their stories. Collective Roots provide delicious, healthy, home-grown food snacks. Please join us. |
