Through this bilingual, culturally-sensitive training, Equal Rights Advocates (ERA) works directly with community members, providing accessible, easy-to-understand information about what sexual harassment is; how the law protects against sexual harassment and assault; the right to be free from retaliation for workers who report workplace abuse; advice about what to do if you have suffered workplace harassment or assault; and referral resources for where to seek help.
