Rice is an important food in many parts of the world. Follow the rice life cycle from seedling to rice paddy, to your dinner table, and beyond--to amazingly intricate sculptures and paintings made with brightly colored rice flour and rice dough. Little chefs learn the basics of food prep and create delicious masterpieces of their own. Jeni Clancy, from Parents Place, has an engaging style and a great knack for teaching parents, other caregivers and children how cooking can be a fun, participatory, yummy and healthy experience.
