If you plan to respond to a proposal, you must notify the point of contact listed in the packet. Failure to notify us may result in your not being notified of any addenda or changes and may subsequently disqualify you from the proposal process.
In all cases, awards are made to the best advantage of the San Mateo County Library. Price may not always be the determining factor, particular requests for proposals which may contain other special evaluation factors. Proposal responses must address these factors and will be excluded from consideration if these factors are not addressed.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS BRANDING AND MARKETING SERVICES
The San Mateo County Library (Library or SMCL) is seeking proposals from firms with extensive experience in branding and marketing. Successful applicants will demonstrate an ability to create a unique brand that will excite and establish the Library as a valuable community resource; along with persuasive marketing that communicates and promotes the value of Library services to our customers.
