Join the Friends of the Library for a special family Halloween concert with Lucky Diaz and the Family Jam Band. This event will take place at the Pavillion in Holbrook-Palmer Park, at 150 Watkins Avenue in Atherton. Children are encouraged to come in costume for spooky stories, music, and refreshments.
