An Evening with Author Hallie Ephron in Conversation with Cara Black

Hallie Ephron is the author of six acclaimed novels. Her novel Never Tell a Lie was a finalist for the Mary Higgins Clark Award and won the David Award for Best Novel of 2009. In 2011, it was made into a Lifetime television movie entitled And Baby Will Fall. Her latest novel, There Was An Old Woman, is a compelling novel of psychological suspense in which a young woman becomes entangled in a terrifying web of deception and madness involving an elderly neighbor.

Cara Black is the bestselling San Francisco-based mystery writer best known for her Aimée Léduc mystery novels featuring a female Paris-based private investigator.

A wine and cheese reception will precede the event, courtesy of the Friends of the Belmont Library, and a book selling and signing will follow the event, courtesy of Books Inc.
