Advance Health Care Directives & Durable Power Of Attorney For Finances

Image:

Anyone may, at some time, need another to make their health or personal care decisions or manage their financial affairs. This talk will explain online and library resources to create an AHCD and a DPOA so a trusted nominee can act in the event of incapacity without the expense and hassle of going to court to get a conservatorship.
