Experiences in Teach For America with Speaker Elizabeth Guli

The American Association of University Women (AAUW) and the Belmont Library are proud to host Elizabeth Guli, who will be speaking about her experiences with Teach for America. Teach for America is a non-profit organization that recruits high-achieving college graduates and professionals to teach in low-income communities throughout the United States.

Elizabeth Guli graduated with a BA degree from Tufts College in Boston and received her MA from San Francisco State University. She taught middle school in Oakland for three years and at Sequoia High School the past four years, all in Special Education. Currently, Elizabeth is the head of the Special Education Department at Sequoia.
