Lit Wave - February 24 - March 1. Celebrate the amazing literary world of Pacifica! Local authors, poets, storytellers and musicans are coming together across Pacifica.

Teen Open Mic Night
Organized for teens by teens. Come express yourself creatively with music, poetry, and dance. If you have a talent in performance art, we want to see it. This is a chance for clubs to showcase their skills, as well as singers, songwriters, and poets to take the stage. There will be a guest feature to talk about how they got started in their craft. Ages:13-19

2nd Annual Literary Cake Contest
in the Pacifica Sharp Park Library Community Room
Cake drop off: 12:00-2:00 p.m.
Cake judging: 2:00-4:00 p.m.
Pick your favorite book, bake a cake and decorate it to reflect the cover, your favorite scene or character. Entries will be judged on appearance (decorating), originality and taste. Baking experts, including last year’s Literary Cake Contest winner, will judge. Prizes will be awarded in each category. There will be a People’s Choice set of awards too. Everyone is welcome.
